We are going to use Azure AI Search to index a simple CSV file and show how we can use that to query the data. We can also take the index and further use it to answer questions using Azure Open AI.
We are going to use the RAG pattern with Azure Open AI to build a universal translator bot that can translate between any language and use only a single English document to answer any question in any language.
In the 2000s and early 2010s the world was a strange place. Mobile phones were reaching so many people in so many parts of the US and texting was quickly becoming the way people communicated. Lol, OMG,BRB, etc., were all being engrained in the lexicon of the world. Now that mobile networks were speeding up and texting was becoming more common, unlimited texting quickly became common. This is around the time the first iPhone came out and smartphones weren't nearly as mainstream as they are today. That means web browsing was super expensive on mobile devices if you could even get it.
As you may know, Microsoft has major investments in OpenAI, one of the top artificial intelligence companies creating such leading products as ChatGPT and DALL-E. They clearly believe AI is a huge piece of the future of technology, and they’re beginning to integrate OpenAI products and features throughout Microsoft platforms.
